ЗАГЛЯНЕМ В БУДУЩЕЕ

SETTING

The 3rd month. Gradually I increased the load. Doing exercises I had an environment of certain conditions. The duration of training was fixed at 45 minutes. Professional body builders use such duration of training. I transferred the load from one group of muscles to another group. I repeated this cycle of exercises three times. The number of repetitions of one exercise changed from 5 to 50 during one cycle of training depending on the group of muscles being loaded. I listened to my muscles intently during every repetition. I did the repetition as if it were a single one. I felt that I can lift dumb-bells without any inner tense. I felt free, quiet and independent from influences of the outside world. The activity of my imagination increased. Due to this, I had a visible idea of any of each my motions, as if it were a slide-show. Mentally I controlled each millimeter of my motion. Doing exercises my motions were constant and steady.

As a result, on the basis of my own observations I made a conclusion that if one's sport weight was a little lessened and a number of repetitions was increased, the loading would remain the same and be done without inner tense.

My muscles was were fully exhausted at that time. Feeling the muscle and the depth of pumping (full motion) I didn’t concentrate myself on weight, but on tension of muscles which was modified to obtain a positive effect. The tension of muscles grew at the beginning of the training. In the middle of the training the tension reached its peak. Later with the growth of tiredness, tension dropped. I completed the training feeling minimal tension. As a result, the consciousness became stable. I felt complete silence and peace inside it.

The punctuality of my daily regime attuned my organism to a certain amplitude and a rhythm of biological reactions. The daily regime decreased the process of rehabilitation of the working muscles’ ability to two hours. I pointed this time according to disappearance of physical tiredness (I did not feel the psychological tiredness either) and appearance of a feeling of freshness inside me. As for the sportsmen, rehabilitation time after heavy physical training determined in days, not in hours. Less rehabilitation time and positive result of working muscles prove that we have more possibilities than we ever know.

INTUITION

The 4rd month. Gradually I became completely relaxed, while my muscles were working, and in this state I observed that contraction of muscles improved my mood. I noticed how my minimal inner tension disappeared. The work of muscles filled my attention and I began to understood my motions better. My muscles worked at full capacity, without a rest and without small inner tension. The relaxed state showed the way how to self-control motions. I realized the program of motions given before. They were fulfilled in an automatic mode. The groups of uninvolved muscles were in a suspended state.

I was disconnected from the world. I mean that in my physical state in the world of muscles my organism became as one with my consciousness and in this state I began to hear the commands of my intuition. As I have learnt how to understand muscles, I have heard commands from my organism or my intuition. It independently observed the work of muscles, regulated speed, breath and an amplitude of exercises and established their optimal routine that gave a noticeable advantage for the organism. The speed of motions was decreased according to the growth of tiredness during the training. Breathing became steady, rhythmical and deep. During the lifting of dumb-bells there was inhalation and during the dropping of the dumb-bells was an exhalation. Doing exercises, I turned my attention to the fact that the more I exercise the more oxygen I have in my lungs. At this time exercises were done with full amplitude.

Listening to the voice of my intuition I regulated the optimal weight of dumb-bells to obtain the necessary muscular tension. The weight grew maximum working indices when the definite group of muscles was used completely without any inner strain.

As the intensity of work grows, the intuition becomes clearer and understandable. It is an inner voice which shows how to solve any task correctly and individually. It also helps to teach the organism the ability of self-analysis for the best results. After that my intuition became my basic Teacher and Doctor and with the help of intuition I was aspired to obtain more outcome from exercises. Moreover, accomplishing this aspiration did not depend on a combination of exercises. When intuition arises, conditions become a key, which joins me with my organism. My organism controlled both physical motion and all my training. Sportsmen aspire to control their training. Intuition makes the work in many professions and kinds of sports more simple. It helps to establish proper kind of motion and one needs to disconnect oneself from the world for this purpose.

The intuition established and determined correct fulfillment of the exercises and, as a result, I have noticed a separate energy effect. Trying to strengthen this healthful effect, I followed my organism’s commands. It is good to try to be individual. Due to intuition, you can work individually with every organism to minimize mistakes.

The intuition was controlling my loading and rest, like an autopilot. As a result of self-control, I had a plenty of time for complete rest, recreation and for doing other things and responsibilities.
