WHAT REALLY ENFORCE WORK OUR BRAIN, HOW IT FUNCTIONS, PRINCIPLE MEMORIZATION INFORMATION
The influence of muscular tension on an intellectual activity was known in ancient Greece. With thorough study of this connection we understand the law of development of our brain.
Knowledge about how to live, move and accumulate energy inside us allows everyone to fill it in the required time and to use effectively.
Doing housework, running and walking – all these are physical activities. Energy is accumulated doing kind of activities. Daily activity, a small change of everyday life and a little physical labor are accessible methods for energy accumulation. When I was 14 years old, I made observations of morning exercises during a two or three months period. Then I stopped doing morning exercises for 2 or 3 months. Doing my exercises periodically I noticed that my mood improved. During break I was in a bad mood. Then my family moved to another village. I decided to start my morning exercises again.
Exercise improved my mood and I aspired to make the arisen effect stronger. I was 17 years old and I was training with dumb-bells and sport weights for six months. I was alone and not distracted in room.
While alone in a room in complete silence, I paid attention to the work of my own muscles. I performed exercises with a work weight. I did this without inner tension and rest. I worked physically in certain conditions which disconnected me from everything external. Then I began to feel the peculiarities of my organism and observe it’s various processes. The amount obtained was more than the consumption and the energy accumulated became visible and tangible. I observed how physical movement produces energy, like a generator.
There is a process of production, accumulation and spending energy inside of us. The rate that energy flows sometimes is much higher than the rate of replenishment. The value of energy consumption and replenishment are two different things. Often, due to the low replenishment rate before a big flow, we don't notice energy.
A human is like a small «energy factory» that produces and gives energy. Our body is an energy mechanism. A living being is an energy source which outputs energy without any mechanical equipment with the help of physical movements. Muscle work burns fat which is transformed into a energy.
There are little particles inside human cells called mitochondrial. They are factories which produce energy for burning fat cells. Further research of their role has defined that the more energy produces mitochondrial, the more results you achieve in training.
During physical activity I have coincided certain conditions as a whole, which increased the work of the «energy factory». I started to observe the process of energy production inside of me. I noticed the accumulation and the expenditure of my own energy, like the filling and emptying of water in a glass. I noticed that the growth of energy production depends on a very clear and precise observance of the five conditions. These conditions of the work of muscles increased the amount of energy inside of me and allowed me to observe the process of its accumulation. Good state of health is an indication of the tuning
organism on energy. Muscles become more habitual, physical restoration
is faster, tiredness disappears and our spirits are lifted. The further
growth of such an effect raises the common adjustment of organism and
changes the method of influence on it. Described training develops all
muscles and immediately helps to accumulate energy.
I noticed that having a rest stops the processes of generating energy. The total amount of physical exercises (the rest between exercises can be gradually reduced to zero) teaches us to be concentrated, and increases the production of body’s internal energy. Each additional condition increases the volume of produced energy.
After three months of doing exercises I
felt a noticeable increase of energy. Quantity began to grow into quality.
The maximum energy was generated as well as maximum exercise
quality was achieved. It did not depend on the sequence of exercises.
But even a small difference from the proper fulfillment of conditions
makes the result less tangible. The result was decreased when I started
to look at the clock or in the mirror, listen to music or work with
springs during my sports training. So I stopped doing it. It became
obvious for me that the output of energy depended directly on the
accurately fulfilled conditions. Having this tested I was sure about
the obtaining my of own energy.
Clearly the conditions of working muscles changes the processes of physical activity inside a person, directs them to the obtaining energy and creates a stable internal state of its receipt.
The law of obtaining human energy.
Stable state of production living energy inside of human it is fulfillment of certain interconnected physical activity’s conditions:
1. To involve all possibilities of your muscles as possible at least time, without having inner tension.
2. To do any exercises (except fast limbering-up) using different weights.
3. To pay all your attention to what do you do (not to look at a watch or at a mirror, not to listen to music).
4. Not to have a rest.
5. Not to use spring or rubber training apparatus.
The characteristic feature of this method is that there is an opportunity of choosing motion. The level of fulfilment of the conditions depends on individual physical development – there is a possibility of partial performance. An insufficient level of physical development gives no opportunity to fulfill all the conditions completely, but obtaining confidence and strengthening our memory by the changing of a daily routine and doing small physical job is not so difficult to achieve.
Depending on abilities, physical development and age, everyone individually chooses
the conditions for obtaining energy from one's own physical activity. When I began to fulfill all the conditions completely, I found out that many systems do not fulfill those conditions. And so no one ever expended real energy. To obtain real, living energy of a human now is simple, accessible and everyone can create their own system of accumulating it. The meaning of life
appears in obtaining energy for the work of the brain, the development
of memory capabilities and for healing.
