HOW TO CHANGE OUR PRECIOUS TIME AND MAKE IT SUFFICIENT

As usual, we have lack of time. So there is the question, "Where can I find more time?" We are lacking time, so we are always putting physical activity off. We pay little attention to a physical activity, and as a result, we lose a lot of time.

Physical activity after mental activity aimed at rehabilitation process and less time is needed for thinking and deciding. My brain began to work like a computer. As a result, I could not control the process of analytical thinking about all "pros" and "cons", and the best decision appeared with the speed of light.

I felt the changes in me: my senses became more sensitive or more sharp (i.e. perception, sense of touch), my attitude to time changed and quick connection between my brain and muscles was established. Thanks to this, my reaction became faster and I saw quick motions clear like in a slow movie, in particular, the falling of sawed tree became slow as if I was observing it.

An ability to concentrate helped me to save time. Furthermore I become feeling more confident during the month. Those things that I was standing doing during one hour, I started to do in 30 minutes. While exercising with a tennis ball, I raised my reaction. The motion of the opponent's hands became slow for me while I was boxing beating.

Understanding the process of rehabilitation, you develop one own daily routine – time becomes free. The development of interconnection gives a new push in liberation and time becomes flexible and plentiful.

The time depends on mutual aid of physical and thinking processes, set definite hours of sleep and a daily routine, an ability to concentrate and react quickly. It allows us to organize efficiently our own life and make time free.
